These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and AmAzE Security B.V. ("AmAzE", "we", "us"), a company registered in the Netherlands (KVK 96015136). They govern your use of AmAzE Review at review.amaze-apps.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.

The Service

AmAzE Review monitors publicly available Google review data for the business locations you add, and notifies you of new reviews and rating changes through a dashboard, email alerts and related features. We retrieve only public review data via the Google Places API. AmAzE is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google.

Your account and use

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. You confirm that you are entitled to monitor the locations you add, and that you will use the Service only for lawful purposes and in line with the terms of any third-party services involved (including Google's terms). You must not misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to harass others.

Plans and payment

The Service offers a free plan and paid plans billed through our payment provider, Mollie. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and your plan remains active until the end of the paid period. Except where required by mandatory consumer law, fees already paid are non-refundable. Prices and plan features may change with notice.

Data and privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Availability and no warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do our best to detect reviews promptly, but the timeliness and completeness of review data depend on Google and on factors outside our control, and we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AmAzE is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for missed or delayed alerts, or for decisions you make based on the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law, including mandatory consumer-protection rules.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or where required by law.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by a new "last updated" date on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and disputes will be submitted to the competent Dutch court, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you have as a consumer.
