AmAzE Review is operated by AmAzE Security B.V. (Netherlands). We take a data-minimal approach: we collect only what's needed to run the service.

What we collect

• Account data - your name and email address.
• Locations you add - the Google Place ID and public business details for each location you monitor.
• Public review data - reviews Google publishes for your locations, fetched via the Google Places API.
• Billing data - handled by our payment processor, Mollie. We never store your card details.

How we use it

To check your locations for new reviews, send you alert emails, display your dashboard, and manage your subscription. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Third parties

• Google Places API - to retrieve public review data.
• Mollie - payment processing.
• Mailjet - to deliver alert emails.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may access, correct, export or delete your data at any time. Email [email protected] and we'll action it.

Retention

We keep account data while your account is active and review history for up to one year. Delete a location or your account and the associated data is removed.
